These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Line Graph Maker at linegraphmaker.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Line Graph Maker is a browser-based tool for creating line graphs. You can enter, paste, or import data; customize a line chart; and download it as PNG or SVG. The core graph editor is provided free of charge and does not require an account.
The Service may also include optional account, payment, or other features. Those features may be subject to additional information presented when they are offered.
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of the data and other content you enter into the graph editor. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
The core editor processes your graph data locally in your browser. We do not claim ownership of graphs or data that you create with the editor. You may use your exported graphs subject to any rights of third parties in the content you included.
If you use an optional account feature, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Sign-in options may be provided by third parties, such as Google or GitHub. Your use of those sign-in services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
If the Service offers a paid product, credit, or subscription, applicable prices and payment terms will be presented before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, currently Stripe where enabled. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing accurate payment information. We may change future pricing or discontinue paid offerings with notice where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its underlying software except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. You are responsible for keeping copies of any graphs or files that are important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that graphs or exported files will meet your needs or be free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Line Graph Maker and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Line Graph Maker and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or an optional account when we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms when the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
